What is the weather like where you live? After yesterday’s eclipse, the sun returned to New York as if it needed to prove itself. I found excuses to take a few sneaky walks, and the air was like a kiss! Here’s what I’m wearing on repeat these days…
1. Washed chambray shirt. My friend Mo wore this shirt the other day, and I liked it so much that I got the same one. The bleached look is cool, and even though it’s a splurge, I know I’ll wear it so many times that the cost per wear will be $1. Mine is available here And hereAnd Old Navy also has a nice version.
2. Mac coat. I love classic trench coats, but belted fabric feels heavy on warmer days. For something similar but lightweight, Reformation makes a great Simple Macin the same way Everlane.
3. Red bag. When I’m running out the door, I’m looking for that poppy red bag nine times out of 10. A primary color is cheerful and a crossbody bag keeps my hands free for kids/coffee/adventures. Mine is seven years old Claire V.but I love this APC number And Zara shoulder bag.
