At the end of October, beloved actor Matthew Perry died.
The weeks that followed were marked by much speculation about the Friends stars cause of death.
Today, a public look at the autopsy report paints a clear picture.
His final days were filled with substances that each left their mark. These are grim conclusions.
Page six got Matthew Perry’s autopsy report, which provided a number of details about the late actor.
According to the report, a friend of Perry’s described him as “angry and mean” in the weeks leading up to his death.
The possible cause of this could be his testosterone injections.
The report states that Perry had a lethal amount of ketamine in his system. It was mixed with an opioid-type drug, buprenorphine. This particular pain medication works to help opioid addicts.
Additionally, Perry was taking tamoxifen to lose weight. (Just to note… Page sixthe written report “Tammoxifen” and our research tells us that Tamoxifen is primarily a breast cancer prevention medication)
Perry was taking anti-diabetic medication. And he used nicotine lollipops. Although we all absorb chemicals in many forms all day long, that adds up to a lot.
On top of all this, Perry was trying to quit smoking. So lollipops, which would provide a dose of nicotine and also similar oral stimulation.
Apparently, before he tried to quit, he smoked two packs of cigarettes every day.
And according to the ME, Perry was unusually dependent on prescription and over-the-counter medications for his daily life.
“In the assistant’s room, there were several open, empty and half-filled medication bottles prescribed to the deceased,” the report states.
The report continues: as well as over-the-counter medications, vitamins, digestive aids, and dishes filled with several bulk pills, tablets, caplets, gummies, and breath mints. »
Meanwhile, her bathroom apparently included “prescribed ointments, digestive aids, and mouthwashes.”
The medical examiner found ketamine in Perry’s system. Ketamine can be a powerful therapeutic tool and Perry has publicly undergone treatments in recent years.
However, analysis suggested that it came from another source. The translation being that doctors believe it was recreational ketamine.
In the past, Perry had touted its effects for therapeutic purposes, but lamented the hangover afterward. Obviously, we can’t ask him what has changed.
We do not bring up these details to “judge” him. With the exception of smoking cigarettes, which by its nature impacts everyone around him at that moment, it’s all his business. And he stopped smoking.
Whether we drink coffee, take gummy vitamins, pick up prescriptions, or just eat food, we all consume chemicals every day. (I have caffeinated mints right next to me as I write this! They’re good!)
Perry’s death was a tragedy. His fans want to understand what happened. And many believe Perry would want everyone to learn from his struggles, even his last ones.
