Comings and goings on General Hospital: Possible return of Nikolas Cassadine – Confessions on the murder of Austin Holt?
GH broadcast updates Let’s predict that Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) might show his face soon. From Ava Jerome (Maura West) thought she killed them, Nikolas is hiding in Pautuck.
At first, Austin Holt (Roger Howarth) kept him inside his cabin and provide him with medical care. Plus, he continued to let Ava believe he was dead. Then, when he felt well enough, Nikolas left the country on General Hospital – against Austin’s advice.
He had to convince his mother, Laura Spencer Collins (Genie Francis), that he was still alive. In this way, his son, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez), would not inherit his entire fortune. Laura has been back in town for quite a while now.
And Nik might be back too. Austin was recently found dead, and there’s a good chance Nik was the one who killed him. Of course, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) is the obvious choice. However, this sounds more like Nik because Ava just received a cryptic message about General Hospital…
A photo of Austin’s corpse with the message “You’re welcome.” So, it seems like Nik offended Austin, thinking he was doing Ava a favor. He probably wants to hold it over his head. Indeed, that seems a bit extreme for Nik.
However, this wouldn’t be the first time it went dark. There’s a good chance he’s hiding in town, waiting for the good time to terrify Ava – and take revenge on her.

More GH the comings and goings suspect Lorenzo Alcazar (Ted King) of returning to Port Chuck soon. Several recent clues suggest that Alcazar could return more than 10 years after his last appearance.
The biggest clue is that at a recent event, the Alcazar actor said he recently chatted with someone who likes to hire people in parking lots. Without a doubt, this refers to General Hospital showrunner Frank Valentini. He hired Peter August actor Wes Ramsay in a parking lot.
