Tennis star David Nalbandian‘s ex-girlfriend filed for a restraining order… after the 2002 Wimbledon finalist allegedly hid a security camera in the house where she was staying and secretly recorded her naked.
Araceli Torrado — who dated the 41-year-old Argentine athlete for several months before breaking up in June 2023 — accuses Nalbandian of installing the recording device in the air vent of a bedroom following their separation… which was discovered by his brother when he noticed a glowing light.
Torrado alerted the police about it… but at first nothing was done due to lack of evidence. The influencer then presented purported documentation that Nalbandian confessed to setting up the camera, but insisted he didn’t see anything because of “internet issues.”
At the time, Torrado claimed the camera had been installed long enough to have recorded nude images of her… as well as other private moments with family and friends.
According to reportsTorrado appeared before a judge this week to answer his stalking charges… demanding that Nalbandian hand over all of his electronic devices – citing panic over what might be on his phone or other apps.
A decision on the request is expected later this month.

– The judge ruled that it was David who set it up, but that it was not a crime because they both shared the apartment.
