We are happy to announce that Dignity Health Mercy Medical Group is a beneficiary of Healthcare Excellence Award for measurement year 2022, from the Integrated Healthcare Association (IHA) for excellent performance in clinical quality, patient experience and cost metrics.
Part of IHA’s statewide Align program. Measure. Perform. (AMP), the Healthcare Excellence Award recognizes provider organizations that rank among the top 50 percent in AMP’s three core areas: clinical quality, patient experience and total cost of care .
Of the nearly 200 provider organizations participating in the AMP program statewide, only 19 have met Healthcare Excellence Award performance standards for their care of patients with commercial HMO coverage.
