MPs Dr Ashok Bajpai and Rajmani Patel will table a copy of the 35th report of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution (2023-2024) on the action taken by the government following the observations and recommendations contained therein. in its thirty-first report on “Production and distribution of coarse grains”.
Meanwhile, General VK Singh (retd), Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Sadhvi Niranjana Jyoti, Ministry of Rural Development; Nityanand Rai, Ministry of Interior; Annpurna Devi, Ministry of Education; BL Verma, Ministry of Cooperation; Ajay Kumar, Ministry of Interior; Pratima Bhoumik, from the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment and 8 Dr Subhas Sarkar from the Ministry of Education are also scheduled.
The 2023 winter session of Parliament began on December 4 and will continue until December 22 and will consist of 15 sessions spread over 19 days.
