Christine Brown found her happily ever after.
And then some, it seems!
The veteran Sister Wives star left her spiritual spouse Kody Brown in November 2021… met a man named David Woolley on a dating site a few months later… and then married Woolley in October.
On this Sunday’s Sister Wives One-On-One special, Brown will sit down with host Sukanya Krishnan and talk candidly about her brand new (and totally awesome!) husband.
“I met the love of my life, I did it. Soulmate,” Christine says in a clip posted online this week by Entertainment Tonight.
The mother of six emphasizes, however, that she was not necessarily looking for such a person when she started looking for a man again.
“I wanted a partner. I wanted someone to have a good time with, but in reality I was only dating casually,” she says. “I wasn’t looking for “the one.” »
Alas. Then a romantic flash struck.
Recalling how she first felt when she confronted her future husband early on, Christine continued:
“I’m like, ‘I want to be looked at with those eyes with a look of love in them for the rest of my life.’”
How nice, right?!?
Christine has already raved about how Woolley accepts her as she is, taking a not-so-subtle shot at the time on Kody.
In this case, once again, Christine emphasized the difference between this relationship and her past relationship with Kody, stating that Woolley’s romance is no strings attached.
“The first thing I realized was that David loves me. He loves me and I feel so loved,” she tells Krishnan in this episode.
“With that comes the confidence that I can just be myself. There are no conditions attached to this. Nothing. I don’t have to do anything to earn his love.
“It’s just always there.”
TLC viewers, meanwhile, will have several chances to get to know Woolley better.
He and Christine are about to appear in a two-part wedding specialand David will also appear in the upcoming season of Sister Wives.
“It’s truly a dream come true,” Christine says today of her husband.
“It’s amazing. It’s like we kind of moved in next to each other and moved on with our lives, but we were doing everything the other person wanted to do but never did.
“So we travel a lot and try so many new things and we have so many more kids now.”
